The Company organizes traditional wagon, sleigh and horseback tours in the Korond (Corund) area, Harghita county, Romania.
2. Bookings
A tour is booked by phone, email, or through the reservation form on this site, which opens your email app with a pre-filled message. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us by phone or email.
3. Payment
Payment is usually made on site, in cash or by another method agreed by phone. We do not collect online payments through this website.
4. Cancellation and changes
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. The sleigh tour depends on weather conditions (snow); if the weather does not allow the booked tour, we offer an alternative (wagon or horseback) or a new date.
5. Safety and liability
Our tours are outdoor activities involving contact with animals on varied terrain. Participation is at your own risk; anyone with a relevant medical condition should inform us before the tour. Minors may only take part under adult supervision. The Company acts with due care but is not liable for events not attributable to it (extreme weather, unforeseeable animal behaviour despite safety measures, etc.).
6. Participant conduct
Participants must follow the instructions of our guides and hosts, in particular regarding the safety of the animals and other participants.
7. Website content
The text, photos and graphics on this site belong to the Company or are used with the rights holders' permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
8. Dispute resolution
If you have any complaint, please contact us directly first. You also have the right to file a request with the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) via the SAL platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is subject to the competent courts of Romania.
